I am very excited to be participating in a mission trip to Baja California with Oakpointe Church. We will be leaving in July of this year and working with an organization called Baja Bound. I will once again be a part of the construction team.
In Western Mexico families travel to Baja California for work. They make 1 USD, or 18 pesos in Mexico. When they leave for Baja, they are promised housing that usually ends up being a tent. The Lord has put it on my heart to go to Mexico to build safe, weather-proof homes for impoverished families, and establish a relationship with them.
I am volunteering my time and skills, but still need to pay my own travel expenses to get there. Even though we are not all called to go to Mexico, you can still be a part of this mission trip. Would you consider a donation?
